HTML annotations

Draw on an HTML prototype to point at exactly what needs to change.

Draw

  1. Open an HTML artifact.
  2. Press C, or choose Comment mode in the toolbar.
  3. Drag across the page to draw. A single click pins a comment instead.

Post it

  1. Add a note if you like. It is optional.
  2. Press Enter, or choose Post comment, the arrow at the end of the bar.

Tips

  • Undo a stroke with ⌘Z or Ctrl+Z, and redo with ⌘⇧Z or Ctrl+Y.
  • Escape cancels the drawing. Once you have drawn, it asks first: Keep or Discard.
  • Press V to go back to Pointer mode.
  • Drawing works with a mouse or a stylus, not with touch.
