Share with clients

Send a link to anyone. They review and comment without making an account.

Pick a version

  1. Keep Always show the latest version ticked and the link always opens the newest version.
  2. Untick it to pin the link to the version you are on. On an older version, the link is pinned to it.

What your client does

  1. They open the link. No account is needed.
  2. The first time they comment, they add their name.
  3. They comment, reply, and react — and approve the version, if the link allows it.

Stop sharing

  1. In Share, choose Reset link beside the address, then Reset.
  2. The old link stops working at once, and a new one replaces it.

Tips

  • Your client's comments appear in your comments panel, under the name they gave.
  • A link has no expiry. Reset it to cut off access.
  • Archiving the project or the artifact turns the link off.
  • A project member who opens the link goes to the artifact in the project, not the client view.
