Invite your team

Give people in your workspace access to a project. For clients, share a link instead.

Add people

  1. On the project page, choose Add people at the top right, or the faces there once others have joined.
  2. In Add people from this workspace, type a name and choose who to add. They are added at once.

Manage access

  1. Open the ⋮ menu beside someone and choose Remove from project.
  2. The manager can hand the project over from the same menu with Make manager.

Someone not in the workspace

  1. Choose Invite at the bottom of the sidebar and add them to the workspace first.
  2. Then add them to the project here.

Tips

  • A public project is open to everyone in the workspace, so there is no one to add.
  • People who have not signed up yet show as Not signed up.
  • Clients do not need to join. Share a link with them instead.
